Reporting into the CPO and part of the People leadership team, I support a business transformation journey by co-creating and delivering on regional/functional business people plans and improving operational end-to-end HR delivery with a strong focus on change management, employee life cycle activites and HR Systems & Tools.

I'm partnering with companies on all aspects of their people strategy with a focus on building strong people operations foundation, design and optimize global people processes, tech stack improvements, and implementing people initiatives in line with core fundamentals of an organization. I also lead complex transformation projects.

Supported the organization in a critical scale-up phase covering all aspects of the people strategy (>15 markets) with a focus on creating impactful employee experience journeys, business re-organization, HR leadership team creation and governance, HR operating model, HR Operations & process excellence. Lead high-complexity projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility. Also acted as a key HR responder for sensitive ER matters.

As the first senior HR leader, I drove the strategic build-up of the HR function developing a scalable and tech enabled roadmap for scaling operations in Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain and Italy for a headcount of >5K employees (May 2021). Managed and developed a team of >20.

I supported the company on a project relating to rider HR operations in Germany, delivering training on the regulatory framework in Germany and mentoring an HR operations Manager.

OYO is an Indian origin hospitality group which pioneered a full stack technology led model with a global employee population of >15,000. It acquired Leisure Group from Axel Springer integrating main brands Belvilla, Dancenter, Traum-Ferienwohnungen and Ardennes-Relais under the umbrella brand Oyo Vacation Homes. I was hired to build and lead the HR function in Europe with a dedicated team supporting the commercial roll-out of Oyo Hotels across various geographies (Europe hub in Barcelona). I also acted as a project lead for defined HR projects liaising and working with the wider HR organisation in India and C-level management on global alignment of HR programs.

I was hired to support a change situation acting as Senior HRBP for two new senior leaders, and dedicated regions Germany, U.K. and Nordics. Deployed a number of employee programs inspired by Human Centered Design. Collaborated regularly with U.S. based colleagues in an effort to champion the unique culture of Airbnb.
