Project: Cockpit (Bpost) – Cockpit is a customer service management platform used by agents to handle incoming calls and manage parcel-related information. The application integrates with AWS Connect to enable real-time call handling within the UI. – Agents can view complete parcel details, customer history, and interaction records in a unified interface.
