• Working as a Leading role in managed services department to managing client support and assisting team members. • Takes the complete ownership and responsibility for the area being assigned to. • Determine and translate business requirements into functional requirement applying best practices both for processes and system. • Determine gaps between business requirement and system, and solutions to address the gaps. • Document the design document based on gaps identified, as well as for the standard functions to meet the client needs. • Perform the necessary setup and configuration that is required. • Liaise with team members as appropriate for overlapping areas/considerations. • Develop functional scenario based test scripts and test data to support all solution testing • Test all aspects of the scenarios for the processes. • Interact with internal customers to manage expectations and resolve issues, including the facilitation of team and customer meetings • Acts as the core point of contact for the assigned area to investigate, analyse, and solve problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives to satisfy clients' needs. • Conduct training to key-users and еnԁ-users of the system. • Track progress of project deliverables and proactive in identifying, escalating and managing risks/issues to meet project deadlines. • Analyse anԁ provide recommendations for enhancements to processes anԁ system. • Conduct / lead process definition workshops with end user communities based in each market, aligning those processes to the core template. • Work with the offshore development partner to ensure the end state product meets the defined requirements as listed in the functional design documents. Closely work together with the team to ensure all issues are being addressed. • Prepare and participate in the UAT documents creation. • Go Live and initial post go live support

• To ensure that the activities of the division under purview comply with the internal polices/procedures and relevant acts to ensure the compliance of legal requirements. • To analyze major risks to the company and highlight areas where internal controls should be strengthened. • To carry out Special Investigation in specific areas when instructed. • To prepare draft reports on the findings and submit to HOD. • To conduct follow-up procedures to ascertain whether necessary action is taken on significant findings. • To conduct recurring audits of operations, finance & other areas • Assist management in formulating risk management strategies and related policies.

• To verify the existence of Group assets and appraise whether such assets are safeguarded, accounted for and used efficiently and economically. • To conduct physical stock taking and evaluation • To verify Employee salary/wages, allowances, gratuity, EOBI & SESSI contributions and full & final settlement • To review payments to vendors of goods & services. • To review the capital & revenue expenditures. • To analyze the performance of production and highlight the variations after probing the reasoning. • To prepare reports on the findings and to conduct follow-up procedures in order to ascertain whether necessary action is taken on significant findings.
