In one of my projects, I worked on a MicroStrategy project for a healthcare (pharma) client where the goal was to give medical, sales and operations teams a unified view of patient, prescription and sales data. The existing landscape was fragmented across multiple systems so business users struggled to track treatment outcomes, sales performance and territory‑wise KPIs in one place.I helped design a single MicroStrategy project on top of a centralized data warehouse delivering standard reports and interactive dashboards for 50+ KPIs around prescriptions, territory performance and product adoption with the ability to customize views per customer or region. Role‑based and row‑level security ensured data isolation across markets and business units and the new platform significantly improved visibility for brand managers and sales leadership enabling more focused campaigns and better alignment of field force activity with patient and market needs. At the end of the engagement, the client specifically called out the MicroStrategy platform I delivered as a key enabler for data driven decision making and formally recommended me for future analytics initiatives based on the performance, usability and stability of the solution.

In this project, I led the design and development of a MicroStrategy sales performance dashboard for a multi‑region retail business. The goal was to give business users a single view of sales, margin and inventory across regions, stores and product categories so they didn’t have to depend on manual Excel reports.I designed the semantic layer, created Intelligent Cubes on top of fact tables and built interactive dossiers with filters for region, channel and time plus drill‑down from summary KPIs to transaction‑level details. This helped management quickly identify underperforming stores, optimize product mix and improve inventory turns which directly supported better revenue and merchandising decisions. After delivering the MicroStrategy sales performance dashboard, the Regional Sales Director commended our work stating it 'transformed multi-region operations from hours of Excel work to seconds of intuitive analytics.' They formally recommended our team for future projects highlighting the direct impact on inventory optimization and revenue growth.

This key project was for a banking/financial‑services use case where MicroStrategy was used on top of a centralized data warehouse to deliver risk and regulatory reporting. The objective was to move away from decentralized Excel‑based reports and provide governed dashboards for exposure, limits and portfolio performance to risk, finance and compliance teams.I worked with stakeholders to define the data model (customers, accounts, products, transactions), implemented row‑level security and built parameter‑driven reports and dashboards for different regulatory and management views. This significantly reduced manual effort, improved data consistency and helped the bank respond faster to regulatory and internal risk requests with a single source of truth in MicroStrategy.

The bank's Head of Risk Management commended the solution in our project closeout meeting, citing a 40% drop in manual reporting cycles and enhanced compliance readiness. They featured our MicroStrategy implementation in their annual tech review as a best practice and engaged our team for expanding it to real-time fraud monitoring dashboards.
