For nearly 9 years, I held a hybrid role at Futurskill (part of ManpowerGroup), at the crossroads of consulting, training, and change management. I worked with major corporate clients and complex organizations, designing, managing, and deploying skills development and transformation programs aligned with strategic, HR, and business challenges. 🔹 Key missions: Organizational and learning consulting Design and delivery of blended training programs (in-person & remote) Management of large-scale upskilling projects Change management (engagement, support, internal communication) Facilitation of managerial workshops and seminars This experience strengthened my ability to understand systems as a whole, to craft tailored solutions, and to operate both at strategic level and in hands-on implementation.

Managed the overall operations of an industrial site, including production supervision, team leadership, client relations, and budget tracking. This experience provided valuable insights into high-pressure site management, and helped sharpen my leadership style in a constrained industrial environment.

For over 14 years, I held key roles in operational management and continuous improvement within the food manufacturing sector. I was responsible for daily production performance, coordinating production schedules with maintenance needs, quality assurance, and food safety requirements. I managed multidisciplinary teams, oversaw recruitment, tracked KPIs, and led the internal HACCP committee. 🔹 Key responsibilities: Coordinated production operations with maintenance activities Monitored and adjusted performance indicators in line with forecasts Analyzed performance gaps and failures, implemented corrective action plans Led the HACCP (food safety) team Applied continuous improvement tools (Lean & Kaizen methods) This experience taught me how to structure high-pressure operations, act with discipline, and turn operational challenges into concrete, measurable solutions.
