Clos & Monopole is a D2C e-commerce platform offering exclusive access to exceptional vineyards, allowing producers to control their export processes. Led a team of 4 full-stack developers. We designed and deployed an e-commerce platform facilitating direct interactions between consumers and elite producers. I oversaw the end-to-end development, optimizing the international supply chain. I contributed to the implementation of the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterm for luxury wine sales internationally, incorporating customs duties and taxes into the prices, addressing a rare challenge (less than 1% of global trade uses this incoterm). We developed an advanced mathematical expression system to manage complex international taxes, accounting for the specific fiscal regulations of each country. Bee2link is a key player in automotive digitalization, with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, and the Volkswagen Group. I was responsible for the technical architecture and contributed to the development of the OpenFlex product, built with Symfony and React. I guided the design and construction of microservices (+10), using Domain Driven Design and CQRS methodologies. I integrated CI/CD systems via GitLab with Docker and Kubernetes (Helm), automating tests, audits, version upgrades, and deployments. I participated in the development of the DISU product for the Orange Group (~150,000 employees), an intranet designed to centralize meeting room reservations. I contributed to the implementation of the DevOps movement: • Integration of Agile Scrum with DevOps. • Development of PowerShell tasks for CI/CD. • Logging using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). • Creation of performance metrics with TFS and SonarQube. • Writing e2e tests using Selenium. • Development of visual management tools via Visual Studio Team Services.

I worked as part of a 40-person team on the SAS project for Scopelec, a major player in telecom infrastructure in France. The system included: • 4 web applications for managing work orders. • 1 mobile application for field technicians. • Over 10 management microservices. The system is used by 2,500 technicians and 700 users for activity management, processing 10,000 work orders daily and generating 25,000 attachments per day.

I was part of a project to develop a Hospitality Management Solution (HMS). I envisioned and designed an innovative solution to digitize the company’s entire operations, turning it into a proprietary ERP.

I designed and integrated a BugTracking interface for customer support, directly connected to an internal CRM. I developed a tool to synchronize a client directory, linked to a SQL Server database and an Active Directory server.
