- Establish and scale new EU Fixed Cost Center of Excellence, transforming financial processes and controls across 200+ European facilities. - Spearheaded transformation of planning processes, implementing driver-based budgeting and reducing cycle time by 100+ hours while improving accuracy. - Direct financial strategy and controllership for $380M facilities maintenance portfolio during COVID-19, ensuring business continuity while optimizing costs. - Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across Engineering and Facilities, driving financial accountability and investment optimization. - Lead Financial modeling related to the strategic shift from outsourced to in-house maintenance model, delivering $10M in annual savings through innovative operating model design.

- Manage financial planning and analysis (incl. month-end-close process) for 5 French sortation centers ($100M budget), including successful launch support for 2 new facilities. - Identified $1M operational inefficiency related to shift pattern and minimum staffing requirements, achieving 90% cost recovery through improvement initiatives. - Executed thorough control of costs, recovering $0.6M through identification of double payments. - Support leadership team with key financial insights for the annual union negotiations.

- Partner with Global Retail Directors and develop first-ever Global Portfolio Analysis tool, enabling data-driven expansion decisions across international retail network. - Manage $54M P&L portfolio (retail leases and IT infrastructure), delivering 5% IT cost reduction. - Lead financial analysis for store construction projects and customer experience initiatives. - Implement accounting standards and financial reporting harmonization across regions.

Part of the European Financial Analysis & Planning team, I had two main focus: - European Marketing (Media) expenses analysis In times of centralization, work with the Bose European central team and with our suppliers, to understand change challenges and local specificities and to create new ways of tracking, monitoring and reporting on European scale. - German market analysis Perform analysis on Sales and give the business sufficient visibility in times of system changes.

- Control & monitor media advertising spend. Standardized the invoice management and tracking that allowed to recover $0.3M from double payment and over PO billing. Participated to the EU billing centralization of media advertising spend, leveraging the relationship built with the advertising agency. - Support the Shop-in-Shop expansion strategy (Bose corner within Retail Chains Stores) through building a model allowing to follow monthly profitability of each location, and highlight low performing ones or change in trends. - Deliver general accounting tasks (in SAP): manually post invoices, reconcile and audit balance sheet accounts, calculate and post necessary monthly accruals, analyze and audit CapEx amortization.
