Personally responsible for the North Star metric of the "Robin" product: # of satellite images processed per day by the French Directorate of Military Intelligence, from the onstart of the Russian invasion of Ukraine (see linked Europe 1 article). Preligens develops pioneering technology to enhance operational decision-making to build a safer world. Its artificial intelligence solutions are based on an automated analysis of geospatial intelligence workflows. Powering state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Computer Vision, Preligens aggregates information from multi-intelligence sources to provide its Defense and Intelligence customers with strategic knowledge regarding mission critical areas of interest ensuring a more insightful operating picture.

Note: CGI acquired Umanis in 2022. Implemented pre-sales processes, bid/ management best practices, and knowledge management across sales and engineering teams. Led proposal teams for tenders on opportunities with an estimated annual turnover from 700k€ to 1,2M€, on fixed price projects: won cumulate turnover of 5M€, including the 3M€ build of a business intelligence platform for the Yvelines department, also operating health data.

Product Strategy & Leadership: • Built the annual roadmap, • Led global and local Product Steering Committees
, and a Design Authority Board. Delivery: • On one mission: Product Manager to 1 product team, • On another: coordinated the delivery of 5 squads, from multi-teams release planning to cross-demos
. Product Communication & Change: • Designed internal communication materials, • Presented strategy, delivery & P&L to the teams and to the Top Management, • Led training programs
. Results: reached our first 300+ users (SaaS, B2B)

Discovery: • Analysed customer & user needs in France & Europe, • Participated in pre-sales meetings & deployment strategies, • Assessed opportunities for product evolutions
. Delivery on 2 products: • A SaaS B2B AI platform for Natural Language Generation • A continuous deployment toolchain for DevOps engineers Product Marketing:
 • Go-to-market : built the GtM plan, starting with beta users in France, prepared and launched the scale of the solution to all Europe • Redesigned the training materials • Designed the communication & promotion program (weekly webinar)
 Results:
 • AI SaaS platform (09/16 to 06/17): raised € 5M + € 8,3M (NB : not involved in the fundraising process)
 • DevOps toolchain (06/17 to 06/18): from 0 to 80 engineering teams in France, beta test launched in Europe
