Leading a key EU-funded initiative to strengthen EU-Vietnam relations and enhance cooperation in areas such as green transition, digital economy, sustainable transport and infrastructure. I manage project cycle activities, provide technical assistance, and support policy dialogue to drive sustainable outcomes and ensure alignment with EU strategic goals.

Managing €2–5M EU-funded projects and various framework contracts across Africa and Asia, ensuring compliance with PRAG and donor regulations. - Led the design, implementation, and closure of over 4 EU-funded Technical Assistance projects, coordinating teams of up to 25 multidisciplinary experts and delivering outputs within scope, time, and budget. - Elaborated and implemented standardized work plans, terms of references, workflows, and KPI frameworks to enhance delivery and support data-driven decision-making through OPSYS. - Strengthened stakeholder relations with the EU, EIB, and World Bank, ensuring client satisfaction, alignment, and measurable policy impact. - Created and managed project budgets (€2–5M), forecasts, and margin supervision, ensuring transparency and adherence to internal company rules and targets. - Conducted more than 10 backstopping missions, participated in steering committee meetings, and led the establishment of project offices in Addis Ababa and Hanoi, overseeing local recruitment and contractual setup. - Supported thematic portfolios covering infrastructure, energy, trade, digital economy, public finance, and environmental sustainability across Ethiopia, Niger, Vietnam, Madagascar, South Africa, Senegal, and the Philippines. - Organized over 20 high-level workshops and policy events, coordinating logistics, technical content, and visibility for EU Delegations.

• Conducts research and contributes to the preparation of analysis of issues relevant to the department in the area of tourism for development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). • Organizing statistical data on project implementation which supports transparent management of project resources, and support procurement, and recruitment related project activities. • Supports the elaboration of project work plans and assists in the timely preparation and submission of progress reports, donor reports, project reviews, financial reports, audit reports and any other related documents. • Assists in doing follow-ups with partners and donors, to guarantee the smooth implementation of administrative and operational activities of the department activities.

- Assisting in all core IRP activities in the area of tourism for development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - Conducting research and prepare analysis of issues relevant to IRP, in particular with regards to the work of: o The United Nations Development Frameworks (UNDAFs) and the work of UN Country Teams (UNCTs) and their relation to tourism o Mapping bilateral and multilateral donors in tourism, Official Development Assistance (ODA) flux - Assisting in all core IRP activities in the area of the United Nations Family in Spain. - Support the drafting of notes, background papers, talking points, presentations and speeches
