– Handled management & recruitment in tech. Owned the tech and the product roadmaps. – Delivered the entire stack of the company from scratch. The product contains amongst other things a waste collection system, a customer and recycler interface, a full back-office and a driver mobile application. It models operations end-to-end and is able to represent deep organization graphs including relationship-based authorization. It also includes a deep logistics module enabling complex rounds accross multiple locations using QRCodes edited in-app for real-time status monitoring during onsite collections. – All designed and implemented following DDD, a CQRS split and an Event-driven architecture. – Vue, Pinia & Tanstack – Nestjs, Graphql, Mikro-ORM, Postgres@Neon, OpenFGA, all on GCP – Cloudrun

– Started as a freelancer Software Engineer, went insider, grew up to a position of Squad-lead, delving into product and process, to end up as Engineering Manager. – As an Engineering manager, responsible for mentoring, growing and reviewing Backend Software Engineers, both Senior-level and Intermediate level ; through a lens of servant leadership. – As a part of the Orchestrate stream-aligned team, I owned an entire part of the business from defining the user need to the technical delivery, hand-in-hand with our members from Product, Design and Engineering in topics relating to the Core Operations of the company, responsible for operating the Technicians, the Supply and Finance side of the business. – And of course, as a Software Engineer, responsible for delivering incremental value to the >40 Microservices and libraries that make up the bulk of WeMaintain's Backend (mostly) Event-Driven, Hexagonal-Architectured technological stack by using tools such as: TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, GraphQL, NestJS -- and many integrations such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Browserless. – Sentry, Browserless, Metabase

– Bootstrapped the tech of the main project of the company, from September 2018 to now, and remained one of the core contributors to the project's code. – Developed a mono-repo system with 20+ microservices and its shared libraries running NodeJS@10, using Yarn Workspaces and Lerna as a version dependency manager. – Designed and worked on a GraphQL customer-facing API as the main endpoint of the company's API. – Refactored, redesigned, and worked on a REST-based web-hook API. – Setup all code convention using tools such as ESLint and Standard, Prettifier and a GraphQL query and schema linter amongst other things. – Designed and developed a complete TDD-focused testing system using Jest and Docker-Compose with a (proud) code coverage of more than 80% / package. – Installed a code documentation system, completed with a doc linter. – Developed a CI and CD flow using a pre-existing Bitbucket, and migrated the CI and CD systems to Github + CircleCI, enabling continuous delivery of the microservices through Docker containers and Helm charts using our own CI docker containers. – Installed a two-datacenter production environment using Kubernetes clusters on AWS using Helm charts. – Installed an internal load-balancer and an external load-balancer using Traefik Ingress Controller, complete with External-DNS and Let's-Encrypt for certificate generation. – Installed a Couchbase+Elasticsearch production environment, using the Couchbase Operator from Couchbase, and the Elasticsearch Operator from UPMC, completed by a backup system on top of Kubernetes jobs. – Installed a 360 degrees infra monitoring system using Datadog for metrics and logging. – Installed a Kafka production environment using AWS MSK managed service, with confluent schema-registry and KSQL. – Developed consumer libraries for Redis and Kafka on top of the RSMQ queue library and node-rdkafka
