ERP Deployment Project Director – Implementation of distribution optimization processes in Lacoste stores (subsidiaries and franchises) in Switzerland, USA, and France (300 points of sale). – Project manager for the deployment of the Cegid Business Suite ERP for front and back office, managing stores and headquarters (300 stores in 5 countries).

Project manager for project owner assistance during SAP Retail implementation. Managed a team of 2 people. – Optimization of store supply flows, optimization of stock levels. – Reorganization and integration under SAP SD of Export Sales Administration for improved management of external clients, from order to invoicing, and improved service rate. – Training and assistance for users at French, English, and Belgian headquarters.

– Definition and analysis of needs, solution testing for store and commercial flows. – Training and assistance for users at startup; deployment in activity centers.
