My work is centered on integrating innovative methodologies to address challenges aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). • Data Driven investment lead • Develop foresight monitoring lead and data driven strategies for business innovation projects. • Lead the work of the project teams from needs collection to solution implementation.

• Lead innovations teams' projects for the creation of MLops new digital apps, technologies and services. • Develop global monitoring strategies, historical data and Big-Data in relation tobusiness needs. • Lead the work of the project teams from the collection of needs to the effective implementation of the solution.

• Coach listeners and students in the in-depth use of software EXCEL and XLSTAT in practical situations. • Support the decision-making of auditors and students on the joint basis for strategic analysis and data analysis.

• Collect professional need of data by defining the Data Driven Strategy with innovation’s team. • Build the Digital Mastery Framework (DMF) to allow an easiest information’s sharing between different levels of decision making. • Develop the Data Management Platform to ensure internal and external data sourcing. • Ensure the features/KPIs/KRIs/KCIs engineering. • Modelling risks enlightening the decision making about the investment into the innovation. • Develop Machine Learning model to support decisions making of innovation project teams and Business developers. • Design the stakeholders’ dashboards.
