Plans, implements and oversees the entire end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding & HR marketing (headhunting, CV sorting, interviews, follow-up, onboarding and termination process etc.) • Employee relation : Explore new ways to further-improve employee well-being, maintain good communication and positive relationships between the organization and employees, identify and analyze employee issues, dealing with complex cases, create policies, ensuring managers are upskilled to deal with people in a fair and effective manner, oversee all people practices to ensure they are legally compliant. • HR Administration : Management of contracts, absence and payroll, support the administrative procedures for the foreign employees, management of the mutual health insurance and other organizations for the employees, follow-up and training plan.
