Introduction

đŸšŽâ€â™‚ïž I am passionate about building impactful digital health and IoT products. As an engineer with 10+ years of product experience, I bring a hands-on, user-centered approach—shaped in part by my experience in entrepreneurship. 🚀 I help Medtech & IoT companies turn complex user problems into certified, scalable, and sustainable digital products, by addressing 4 key areas: 1 · Delivering multi-platform products (cloud, app, hardware, firmware) that solve real patient and clinician pain points. 2 · Ensuring clinical relevance and regulatory fit (CE/FDA), including applied ML and digital biomarkers grounded in real-world user data. 3 · Aligning diverse stakeholders — patients, clinicians, engineering, data science, business — around a shared understanding of user value. 4 · Structuring product teams (roadmaps, OKRs, processes, leadership) to consistently deliver outcomes that matter to users and matches with your vision. I combine technical, clinical, regulatory, and market insight to build products that are genuinely useful, compliant, and commercially viable. 👉 If you're building a SaaS, IoT, digital-health, or ML/biomarker product and want to reduce risk by focusing on what matters, let’s talk!

Led the sleep health product line from 2018 to 2022 with multiple key achievements on product, medical and business aspects. I’ve been working with engineers, designers, scientists, physicians, market access, marketing, sales, clin and reg teams to pivot from a pure wellness to a medical grade value proposition during and after the Nokia years. Making sure these biomarkers meet their academic, patient, business audiences before and after launch. - Frequent collaboration with physicians and academics, for product design or clinical studies. Presence in cardiology and sleep professionals annual meetings. - Understanding of medicare rules and CPT codes, and private health plans in the US. - Advanced analysis of the prescriber / regulator / payor / user / competitors ecosystem Product management: - Discovery: Benchmark, competition testing, frequent user interviews and data analysis. - Implementation of the JTBD methodology, to build a jobs and KPI based approach impacting design, product and marketing. - Definition of the product strategy with executives. - Mentoring of 2 junior product managers. - Co-created the B2B and B2C marketing pitches. - Supporting sales through training and leading a pilot on online acquisition. - B2B partnerships: Development of 3 innovative B2B use cases in EU and US.

Hands-on solopreneurship experience where I stepped out of engineering to think product. --- What is craftizn: With the current domination of mass-market distributors, deli and local grocers are struggling despite clear competitive advantages: their knowledge and know-how, a human and personalized connection with the customer, and the ability to support local distribution from an ethical and ecological standpoint. Craftizn is an innovative platform to reconnect local independent stores with their customers. Mixing exclusive discounts, social media and e-commerce tools, it enables the local retailer to regain growth and visibility without losing focus on his business. --- What I achieved through this experience: - Benchmarking through analysts reports, think tanks, surveys, specialised press and social media - Cold calls, door-to-door visits and prospects interviews - Built a business plan - Specified the platform and app products for further development - Full UI and UX design of the consumer app - Information gathering on intellectual property, legal structures for businesses, contracts I also worked on more technical aspects : - Prototyping of an Android app with connection and account creation on a PostgreSQL server - Management of a CTO based in India - Request for quotation with several IT companies based in Chennai And continuously learnt through online courses, workshops and conferences on several themes: - Marketing (101, storytelling, brand content, SEO and online reputation) - Communication (basic skills and elevator pitch exercise) - Prospection (theory and practice) - Finance: accounting basics, forecasts - Time management, conflict management - Legal statuses and IP in digital businesses

Joined a team of seniors with a strong technical background during 3 years to learn and deliver on several hardware design projects. I worked on each phase of the V-cycle development process through my projects, and acquired a solid basis in hardware and radiofrequencies. It was also a great experience of working in a large company, with high quality and safety standards. --- My main missions were: The development of an electronic card for a tyre deflation detection product (for the renovation project of the Lille metro line 1). Pre-study on the renovation of a safety product, the BKF. Its current version, used by french railway company (SNCF), is used to remotely stop the traffic when traffic lights are detected as dysfunctional. More details in the projects section. Troubleshooting and obsolescence processing of static/onboard products (SACEM/U200/U300 units and KVB antennas). This consisted of a diagnosis in lab, validation and quality tests, and were a great opportunity to learn about hardware functional blocks and design principles.
