Lead the Ubwiza Solar Project, a clean cooking innovation addressing clean cooking in Rwanda. I have shaped the project’s strategic vision and guided it from concept to pre-commercial launch, bridging technology, market analysis, and social impact. • Built the business model, product roadmap, and financial framework. • Conducted market research and authored multiple grant and funding applications. • Coordinated suppliers, technical design, and cost negotiations. • Oversaw prototyping, field testing, and stakeholder engagement. • Finalising system improvements ahead of commercial rollout. In addition to my core responsibilities, I provide operational and strategic support to the founder’s other company - a creative agency - managing administrative tasks and contributing to key decisions to enhance leadership collaboration and organizational efficiency.

Co-founded and led the launch of Coladepez, a sustainable surfwear brand for women. From concept to market, I oversaw brand strategy, supply chain operations, and sales partnerships - building a values-driven product from the ground up. • Launched an eco-conscious surfwear brand from scratch with €6K initial capital. • Built brand identity, managed production, and developed e-commerce strategy. • Secured international distribution through Free People (US market). • Currently refining sales and marketing strategies to grow reach and impact.

Led creative campaigns for tech giants including Google and YouTube, while contributing to the successful establishment of Orchid’s APAC office. • Managed campaigns for Google and YouTube across the Asia-Pacific region. • Oversaw 100+ creative projects (up to $500K budgets), coordinating teams and ensuring timelines. • Supported operations, recruitment, and client relationship building for Orchid’s Singapore office.
