In my role as Deputy Manager of Information Technology at DxO Labs, I oversaw the comprehensive management and virtualization of virtual servers under Linux and Windows. I also provided technical support to users, ensuring proactive resolution of technical issues and regular monitoring of performance and security. Additionally, I administered and deployed physical servers under Linux and Windows, as well as client workstations under Windows and macOS.

• Managed the IT system strategically and operationally, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Designed, deployed, and maintained secure network infrastructures and policies to enhance resilience and data protection.

• Supervised IT services for multiple Mexican representations in France, including the Embassy, the Mexican Institute, the Mexican Representation to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, and the Mexican Consulate. • Designed, installed, and maintained security policies, data management systems, and digital tools for various diplomatic networks. • Developed and managed websites for multiple institutions, including the Mexican House’s website at the Cité Universitaire de Paris. • Created and implemented the IT selection system for the Juan Rulfo International Novel and Short Story Contest, in collaboration with RFI, the Cervantes Institute, and the Latin America House. • Designed and developed the IT network for the Mexican Presidency during President Enrique Peña Nieto’s state visit to France (May 2015). • Deployed and managed network infrastructures for the press and the Mexican Presidency during the G20, ensuring a secure and high-performance digital environment.
