– MANAGEMENT: Supervision, direction and team leadership (generally composed of 2 to 4 members). Ensure that the design team's projects are aligned with the client's business vision, objectives and ambitions, while maintaining a quality user experience. Develop detailed project plans with clear deadlines and milestones. Monitoring the progress of tasks and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines. – CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Coordination with development teams to ensure faithful implementation of designs. Partner with development teams to align design concepts with feasibility. Regular communication with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback. – USER RESEARCH CONDUCT: Qualitative and quantitative analysis aimed at exploring the uses of the product, detecting problems (problem discovery), identifying friction points and areas for improvement, then transforming them into commercial opportunities. – DESIGN: Development of detailed wireframes to define the structure and navigation of user interfaces. Design of high fidelity mockups to visualize the final appearance of the product. Construction of interactive prototypes to test user flows and collect user feedback. – ORGANIZATION & CONDUCT OF USER TESTS: Implementation of test scenarios and recruitment of participants. Conducting in-person and remote user testing sessions to observe interactions with the product. Analyze test results and identify friction points to make design improvements. – DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF DESIGN SYSTEMS: Creation of reusable component libraries to ensure visual consistency across products. Documentation of design rules and guidelines to make the system easier for developers and designers to use.
