Introduction
Urbaniste et architecte fonctionnel des systèmes d'information, j'accompagne les organisations dans la structuration et la transformation de leur SI, en particulier dans les secteurs Banque, Assurance et Finance publique. ✅ Mon expertise s’appuie sur un double positionnement : Côté métier : compréhension fine des enjeux opérationnels, gouvernance des données, référentiels (clients, contrats, tiers) Côté SI : modélisation cible, urbanisation, trajectoire et pilotage stratégique 🧩 J’interviens aussi bien en architecture fonctionnelle, schéma directeur, cadrage projet ou AMOA stratégique. 📌 Expérience confirmée en environnement complexe : Galian, SMABTP, AFD, cabinets de conseil.
