In my role as Head of Research and Consulting at Lena Research, I led a team of consultants in delivering advanced talent management and organizational development solutions to multinational corporations. My responsibilities spanned a variety of key areas, including psychometric assessment, leadership development, talent management, and performance optimization. I spearheaded the development and implementation of psychometric tools, using data-driven insights to enhance leadership identification, succession planning, and high-potential talent development. My expertise in assessment science allowed me to design tailored solutions that aligned with client objectives, using assessments to inform both strategic decisions and developmental interventions for mid to senior leadership levels. Additionally, I worked closely with clients as a thought partner, driving Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategies within talent management frameworks and helping organizations track and act on D&I metrics. I also led organizational HR analytics initiatives, integrating insights from 360-degree assessments, psychometric evaluations, exit surveys, and engagement surveys to design targeted leadership development programs. My role required a deep understanding of both business psychology and data analytics, which I used to guide organizational transformation and talent optimization. I frequently collaborated with HR and leadership teams to configure assessment frameworks that supported long-term business objectives. Throughout my tenure, I also provided leadership coaching and facilitated IIBP-accredited psychometric certification workshops, equipping HR professionals with the skills to effectively use psychometric tools for talent development.

As Head of Assessments at The Psychometric World, I led the end-to-end development of psychometric assessments, overseeing the creation of customized tools designed to measure aptitude, skills, personality traits, and leadership potential. I managed the full lifecycle of test development, from blueprint creation and item authoring to data collection, psychometric analysis, and accreditation by external bodies. In addition to developing new assessments, I was responsible for delivering training and certification programs for clients, equipping HR professionals, consultants, and business leaders with the skills to effectively use psychometric tools in talent identification, development, and management. I conducted certification workshops, accredited by the Indian Institute of Business Psychology (IIBP), to help participants gain a deep understanding of psychometric testing and its application in real-world organizational contexts. I also worked closely with clients across industries to customize assessments based on their unique talent management needs, supporting initiatives in competency mapping, leadership development, and succession planning. My role involved providing comprehensive feedback and coaching to individuals based on assessment results, ensuring they received actionable insights for personal and professional growth. Throughout my tenure, I was instrumental in expanding the organization’s portfolio of psychometric tools and assessments, driving innovation in the use of AI and machine learning to enhance test accuracy and application in diverse workplace environments.

Taught a 02 credit skill based course on Human Process Interventions as part of OD and Change management master degree course (ODCL)

Delivered a two-credit course on "Psychometric Testing in Occupational Settings" leading to IIBP Level-2 certification in Psychometric Testing and Assessments.

To improve systems and process of test development and validation.

To provide research based advise and support in setting up necessary infrastructure, test contents, systems and processes to identify, select and develop talent for government jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Has been working in projects related to test development, test use and policies related to talent management in government sector.
