• Manage the annual strategic planning and budgeting for Technology Department. • Prepare Operating Budget of $250M+ for Technology Department in the company. • Perform the IT monthly forecasting cycle and provide the Variance Analysis (Bud vs Fore) to IT Mgt. • Provide Monthly financial and IT Cost Allocations worth of $85M+ very month. • Provide High IT cost transparency from Business to Products. • Partner with IT Business Heads to provide insight on Monthly variance between Budget vs. Actuals. • IT Cost controlling experience in handling $950M+ yearly budget. • Technology Capex and Opex Management and Reporting. • Track and analyse direct and indirect cost allocations. Detailed analysis around software capitalization, amortization, depreciation, fixed asset and inventory planning • Liaise with Procurement and Accounts Payable on vendor contracts timelines; Create spend analytics that track and analyse vendor expenses to ensure costs are accurately captured and forecasted. • Knowledge of software/Hardware product services, vendor products, Infrastructure cost, storage data centres, vendor contracts, Teleco charges and allocations. • Manage Cloud Financial Management for the IT Department within the Organization. • Engage with various IT Senior business stakeholders to optimize the cost and to define the IT strategy. • Partnering with Project Manages to track the IT Project & Business financials. • Act as a liaises between Technology and Business, to achieve the key requirements. • Partner with IT Business Heads to provide insight on Monthly variance between Budget vs. Actuals. • Business Partnering on quarterly basis with senior corporate executives to outline and articulate IT Expenditure trend based on Latest Forecast Estimates. • IT Strategy & IT Value realization for technology business management. • Partner with Project Manager to diagnose the Projects & Portfolio Health. • Work with IT stakeholders to maintain the labor demand on the projects.

• Preparing Budget, Latest Estimates & Long Range Forecast for Technology Department. • Partnering with Project Manages and FP&A to track the Project financials. • Project Management support to IT Domains and FP&A. • IT Project Governance metrics and Frameworks for IT department to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s achieved. • Expert advice on the Technology cost optimization and Cost control. • Monthly IT chargeback & Showbacks Reports on the cost allocations using Digital Fuel. • Prepares monthly financial reporting package for the Business division, providing detailed business explanations behind variances against forecast and Budget, to maintain the Cash Flows. • Preparing monthly P&L Reports to Domain and Product with in the company. • Engage with the IT Business Partner to monitor the monthly expense review. • Approver of IT Expenditure to monitor & align it with correct Department, budget. • Business Partnering on quarterly and monthly basis with senior corporate executives to outline and articulate IT income and trending based on the trade volume. • Monitor and Support the Accounting (FP&A) Department in the expenditure review process Facilitate IT purchase ordering with appropriate IT department. • Engage with Finance, HR & IT departments for smooth run of IT Business Management.
