My overall goal was to transition the analog-first newspaper into a multi-media platform. As media coordinator I was part of the executive team and had a say in all final decisions. Both practical issues and strategies for the future. On a more practical basis: I built a podcasting studio on school premises to invite other students to produce their own podcasts. By doing so we could use this as content for reaching out in social media and create value for students. I also produced in-house podcasts and web TV-series.

During my first two years of KTH I was also heavily invested in a startup called Podda.se. Together with two other founders I launched a podcasting platform for the Swedish market with the goal to bring a monetisation component for this - at the time - new and expanding medium. As my partners were designer/front-end developer and the other one was a junior backend developer (in quite a demanding project) it left all of the other tasks up to me. Besides main responsibility for the idea itself I managed the team and working process, making sure we kept a steady phase and pushed forward. I kept track of competitors, managing social media channels and SEO-analysis. I managed business development and networking in the industry field which included managing and communicating with podcasts.
