Main missions: Implementation of an intrapreneurship program (180+ participants): designing and facilitating ideation sessions, providing participants with design thinking training, and supporting experimentation/prototyping. Supervising a consultant. Management of a regulatory remediation program (30 million euros): overseeing the organizational project (establishment of the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing department and process structuring) and assisting the Product Owner in the IT aspect of the project (development of a control tool using agile/scrum methodology). Interim management of an internal control department. Supervising two consultants. Internal projects: Risk Innove Initiative: benchmarking and selection of fintechs (blockchain, RPA, AI/Machine Learning, IoT) and structuring of common offerings for EY's financial sector clients. Workshop facilitator - EY intrapreneurship program (ideation and prototyping of a solution to raise top management's awareness of millennials' expectations). Key clients: AXA, CNP Assurances, Générali, Thélem.

- Management and development of a student-run consulting firm: management of the 33 administrators, negotiation of the main contracts; - Internationalisation of the activity in 6 countries : definition of the commercial and organisational strategies, negotiation of partnerships with foreign Junior-Enterprises.

Project management within Sciences Po Bordeaux's Junior-Enterprise: - Strategy development for different projects (e.g. market studies, public policy analysis, etc.); - Customer relationship management; - Recruitment and management of the teams of junior consultants.
