Being in charge of shareholder’s reporting and feeding new consolidation tools for the group. Supervizing the corporate accounting function (montly closings, VAT, auditors relations, IFRS). Sucurizing sales adminstration processes and fees invoicing. Implementing a new accounting and controlling tool (ERP CEGID) : specifications, software selection, configuration, acceptance tests.

Elaborating budget and producing monthly financial reporting package Implementing evolutions linked with financial information system and management processes Animating the financial controllers network in regional offices.

Modelizing a profitability tool by line of product (P&L by activity – ABC method) Following the financial results of several business line : international submarine networks, satellite communications, TV broadcast. Being in charge of business reviews with heads of product lines Driving different economic studies ( competitors developpement and international alliances context)
