– Lead a portfolio of products covering ERP (SAP), APIs (internal, external with Mulesoft), GEO Satellite OSS and Capacity Management platforms, and Intranet/Extranet application in a post merger context with consolidation and transformation initiatives. Impact: – Reshaped the customer API programme to enhance developer experience (developer portal, onboarding documentation and support), develop a medium term roadmap with short-term delivery commitment- securing alignment with business and operations stakeholders. – Stopped a customer self-service programme running over-budget with a weak business case.

– Lead a portfolio of digital products and platforms covering: Performance and Networking monitoring technology, ITSM platform (ServiceNow), Data Platform (Snowflake) and Device Management platform. – Operate from Product Discovery and Prioritisation to DevOps with line management of several Product Owners. – Build the customer portal experience for post-sales journey: assemble a dedicated team to conduct workshops with customers, personas building, UI/UX design playbacks, prioritisation and arbitration with commercials, operations and service management stakeholders. Delivered the experience with custom development on ServiceNow. – Build the API roadmap for post-sales journey: what / when. – Led our device management product team to add support to 10s of new User Terminals in a year, and pivot to faster / scalable device management protocol (USP). – Co-Lead the Eutelsat - OneWeb IT merger readiness and first 100 days.

– Bring new products to life for Apple Store employees and customers in EMEA. – Launch mobile operators activation products in our Stores in Canada, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium; – Define the iPhone consumer financing product with our banking partners in Europe and drive the delivery of technical integrations; – Evolve the Tax Free Shopping solutions in place worldwide to improve customer experience, reduce fraud and align to regulatory changes; – Align our Post of Sales product with compliance requirements such as GDPR and e-invoicing.

– Drive key initiatives in Digital Channels, including: – Business Customers e-Enablement (Salesforce) programme, impact: Identified issues with delivery progress and solution design; Changed the programme structure, project leadership, and re-baselined the programme, succesfully sold the change to Head of Business Customers and extenal stakeholders partnering with O2 – Consumer e-commerce optimisation (A/B and MV testing): – Ensured the seamless integration of a 3rd party work stream alongside with the core e-Commerce agile teams. – Agile Transformation – Led the delivery of a transformation programme across Digital Channels to improve time to market, governance, agility and collaboration – Full BSS Stack Transformation Programme: – Provided input to the programme scope and delivery approach, assess suppliers delivery capabilities, and ensured alignment with the Digital Channel team

– Mobinets' products help mobile operators to better understand their transmission and radio network assets so that they can optimise costs and investments. – I own the outcome of a programme of work for a Tier-1 UK based mobile operator and along the way lead the recruitment of a team in the UK. Key results: – 1. Fixed the Vodafone UK programme by adopting the principles of welcoming changes, time boxed delivery and engaging with the customers frequently to groom the backlog. Evangelise and implemented this approach internally. – 2. Established a UK office and recruit a project manager and business analysis to support European projects. – 3. Created standard customer project delivery processes to support pre-sales and delivery work.

– ItsOn's SaaS product revolutionises how mobile telecoms services are defined and purchased by enabling operators to launch new products offerings quickly and empowering customers with an unmatched Smartphone experience to purchase and use services (Voice, SMS, Data). – I lead the EMEA programme of work and as the only European based team member, this means being involved in a number of different work streams: Results: – Delivered a consumer trial with Vodafone UK with a succesful outcome leading to continued engagement with Vodafone; – Delivered technology trials with Vodafone Spain and Italy; – Led business development activities with Orange Group and support other business development activities with other operators; – Managed the delivery of a GY interface development project we offshored to India.

– Media Metrica's RenewSolution products is a bomb-proof bin with an LCD display streaming news and weather information. It allows the City of London to address their environmental issues. – At Media Metrica I help on a part-time basis with everything project related, and own the definition and scheduling of the roll-out project, key impacts: – Design the programme roll-out approach with electricity and internet providers and construction workers; – Build the roll-out schedule with all partners.

– Acision is the world leader in the SMSC market, a product that enables SMS communications. – I am a project manager, this is my second project with Acision and I am called in to rescue a project for EE in the UK that is not running as anticipated. Results: – Deep dived into the project scope, approach with all team members, re-engineered the approach and get buy-in from the customers; – Re-focused the team towards medium and short term wins to lift-up moral; – Achieved succesfull delivery with project margin maintained.

– Aylus Networks' products allows mobile operators to deploy RCS solutions to enable rich media communications such as video calls and sharing. – This is my second engagement with Aylus Network and this time it is focused on completing a sale with France Telecom. Results: – Built the professional services part of the contract with by France Telecom. – Engaged with France Telecoms procurement and project management teams, leading to contract signatured. – Work with Orange France to define the customer launch project.

– I work on the VodafoneOne programme to delivery fix-mobile convergence products to all European markets. – As a product delivery manager, I work with local operating companies (Italy, Spain, UK) to ensure their programme plans deliver the global product requirements.

– Aylus Networks' products allows mobile operators to deploy RCS solutions to enable rich media communications such as video calls and sharing. – As a programme manager for Europe, I support business development activities and commercial discussions with Mobile Operators throughout Europe.

– I am a project manager at Acision, I own the delivery of a EUR 5m complex integration project for Bouygues Telecom, a tier-1 mobile operator in France. – I led a team of over 15 staff in Czech Republic, France and Netherlands to deliver hardware, software products and bespoke software development; – Despite a difficult start where I faced issues with resourcing the projects, we managed to deliver the project and maintain the profit margin.

– KyakSystems is a Telecoms Consultancy based in London. – I am a project manager and I work on the BT 21st Century Network Programme, piloting the delivery of 3rd party telecoms vendors into BT. Impacts: – Built a reporting system to track delivery – Evangelise an Agile view to avoid "big-bang" approach to infrastructure delivery

– Ebookers is an online travel agents selling flight, hotels, car rentals and insurance products in Europe. – I am an e-commerce project manager, owing the delivery of several product changes for the flight booking product, flight reservation API and the cars rentals product line.

– Empower Interactive provides an SMS and MMS Gateway product to mobile operators in EMEA and APAC. – I am a programme manager, owning the delivery of our products to mobile operators within the Orange Group. Results: – Delivered our product to Orange France and Orange Switzerland; – Own the Professional Services aspect of all RFPs; – Delivered a PC to Mobile SMS solution to Orange UK, integrating with a third-party product vendor.

– I owned the delivery of projects in the internet messaging product domain, including: MMS Value Added Services, consumer email deployment and Push to Talk technology trial.

– Logica is a leading systems integrator. – I joined Logica from France and for 5 years held several positions: – Oracle Forms software developer and then Oracle DBA for a Share Scheme Management System; – Team Leader and then BSS consultant for Logica Telecoms division. Succesfully roll-out two Customer Care and Billing solutions for mobile operators (Belgium - operator launch, UK - Billing replacement). – At O2: Project manager, owned the delivery of the mobile internet portal (Genie brand) in Netherlands and Germany. Owned the delivery of an API product to allow 3rd party developers to integrate with our portals.
