First employee of a innovation consulting firm focusing on bringing new products and services to corporates (founded by seasoned consulting partners). ▪ Participated in missions with teams of designers, engineers and other business strategists ▪ Defined the company's strategy and brand positioning. ▪ Developed internal policies for recruitment and knowledge management, and conducted interviews for recruiting the team ▪ New business development : methodology and pricing construction for missions.

Launched Generative AI consulting branch, overseeing methodology, B2B sales, and marketing. ▪ Direct relations with founders-partners ▪ Conducted training on chatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity… for internal and client teams depending on their needs, IT requirements and strategy. ▪ Implemented GenAI in creatives' workflow at agency Hungry and Foolish (part of the group). ▪ Contributed to pitch AI for the production of current clients' advertising projects.

In January 2023, Possible Future joined forces with frog Worked on different fields from Construction to Web3 x Space, to Consumer Goods. ▪ Developed new product & services, built roadmaps and new business models. ▪ Focused on developing the Web3 x Sustainability expertise in the company by scouting for potential clients, creating and presenting internal training and external content (including 2 articles published on MediaCat and AdAge). ▪ Achievement: Pitching and winning the “Challenge Espace Durable” organized by the CNES to conduct a mission on Space Care that included a new Web3 organization model (DAOs). The project had a wide impact inside both CNES and Capgemini Invent.
