Project Manager ( Gap Analysis between RGK Central and Luxembourg ) The subject was all about works on the process RGK (Release Gate Keeper). It's a process who's aimed to control the risk of change, coordinate, communicate and validate residual risk. My study is about the Gap analysis of Lux + regions & RGK Paris/AMER/Asia. The main target at the beginning of the internship was to be more familiar with the environment. Indeed, I must learn ecosystem learning, acronym, agile method (Manifesto (4 values and 12 Principles). - Individuals and interaction over processes and tools - Working software over comprehensive documentation - Customer collaboration over contract negotiation - Responding to change over following a plan. I had to plan and interact with the "right" person. For example, I have done 4 sessions with central Regions about many topics (RGK Management / Release Management / Change Approval and Tools...). Thanks to these interactions, I was able to put on perspective information and compare different region. The goal was to be align with central. Principals Results : Presentation of my study to member of the Exco PRI & Lux. They agree on the roadmaps and my study in generals to be align with Paris. Proud of present some topics during Production Meeting. How to use this tool? How can this tool be a value for the future of Société generale Luxembourg. On the personal side, I achieve a lot of knowledge and experience. Indeed, it's a way for me to dip my toes into the field and learn the ins and outs while I'm still in school. It's an opportunity to take and to translate what I've been learning in school into the real world.

Missions : - Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects, existing and past customers. - Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives to maximize business reach and potential. - Product presentation to customer - Customer support - Trade meeting - Business strategy regarding the department of Jura, Doubs, Gers, Maine et Loire (France). Achievements : - 150 customers under my supervision ( Record in 6 months ) - 35 local governments signed the contract. - Trade Show in Blois, Loir et Cher during two days "Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales" - Trade Show in Ariège "Salon des communes d'Ariège".
