Managing 8 million electrical steering gear design and production  Set, organize and manage project products execution (Industrial planning, resources allocations, budget follow-up).  Oversee and coordinate internal and external teammates (From design to every plant production).  Report on regular basis to every stakeholder as European Operation board.  Be window people for customer.

Technical lead of several multidisciplinary teams working on special vehicles.  Plan and follow-up every step of product development process: Pre-studies, design, manufacturing, selling, serial life.  Generate project management documentation  Global project management (contracts, RFQ, customer relationships, risk management, planning)  Manage every external dept. Involves in the project.
