Exemples of interventions: • CRM team agile setup and coordination to speed up implementation and to develop customer/supplier relationship management features that enable x10 revenue for a food trading company. • Coordination of a factory transformation program to switch from paperwork to full digital tools, to improve production management data quality, to optimise production flow (deviation anticipation), and to reduce quality control time by 500%. • In six months taking a maritime transport control department from Excel to a web app with AI models, which multiplied the container screening capacity and decreased cargo fire risk. • For a strategic IoT and AI project, in 3 months setting a new agile product-oriented organisation, to achieve focus of the 40-people team on value delivered to internal clients and to the company at large, which was mainly to reduce cargo fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. • Coaching a CEO task force to define an actionable new innovation strategy, which enabled a traditional business unit to identify new concrete growth drivers. For each strategic topic supported by the CEO or executive, I set up and facilitate an autonomous team that takes ownership, and delivers results by small steps, with pace, in line with the company vision.
