Apprentice during two years as Financial Controller and Consolidation Assistant in the Finance Department of Lesaffre Group : - Participation in the monthly reporting (Control and validation of subsidiary data: P&L, Balance Sheet, IFRS Ratios) - Participation in the budget process and forecast (Control, reliability and analysis of the financial information of the subsidiaries) - Participation in the annual closing as statutory consolidation (Control and analysis of the packages, preparation of the IFRS appendices) - Monitoring and control of the audit process (internal and external) of the subsidiaries and holdings (Hard Close and statutory consolidation) - Implementation of reporting tools (Excel, Smartview, HFM) - Preparation of presentation documents (Reporting, Audit Committee, Board of Directors) - Assistance to subsidiaries to reconcile Intercompany gaps and other questions - Update procedures Group accounting principles and chart of accounts - Management of internal controls files and cross controls (updating and control) - Conduct occasional studies or projects (Fiscal: Country By Country Reporting)
