Innovative project aiming to revolutionize churn and retention anticipation of customers subscribed to a service, for example subscribers of a news website,with the help of deep data analysis. I had to develop the entierty of a dashboard directly aimed at the final customers which goal is to visually translate analyzed data in a clear and readable way.

The initial mission was to realize the full migration and redesign of Garantme's website, as well as developing a dashboard that would be used for internal management. My work was focused on 3 parts : - A public web application allowing new customers to fill in a new demand for Garantme services - Another web application to manage the flow of new candidates applications and to approve them or not, generating legal files in case of approval - To structure the whole, we put in motion a GraphQL API and updated the database with a new schema Team of 2 french developers working remotely with 4 freelance in Russia.

My mission at SYMPL was to develop, from scratch, the React web application used by the customers (companies). The customer send/receive packages through SYMPL services and thanks to this dashboard could consult their informations quickly and in the easiest possible way but also could import orders and other features. By collaborating with the designer and the customers feedbacks, we tried to make the dashboard in the most ergonomic possible way.
