In charge of improvement & optimisation projects within an Operational Excellence Team

While focusing on Processes, I was involved in Efficiency Gains, End to End Customer Journeys and Customer Experience improvement & optimisation analyses & projects for the Savings Department. My deliverables consisted in process maps & analysis reports including decision options, SWOT analysis and action points.

Focusing on Process & organization, I am evolving towards my long term objectives thanks to knowledge increase and experience accumulation. I am at the moment looking for a position preferably as a Process / Business Analyst or as a ScrumMaster. I am actually working on the OCEB Business Intermediate Certification (BPM) in order to deepen my expertise in that area. My Management Engineer background and my functional experience enable me to understand quickly the new positions particularities (whatever the sector and the learning challenges!!) and deliver quality work for the IT teams.

Business Process Analyst in a project aiming at the optimisation of the Planning and Time Registration tools and processes.

As a Business Process Analyst, I have the chance to work with several team leaders and other SME's (Subject Matter Expert) on their processes and tools improvements. I am working along with several analysts on a new application development. As such, we have to list, review and improves processes in order to find the optimal new way of working and, of course, the optimal configuration for this new tool. It is very challenging and motivating to work on a "Core Business" related project within a strategic program. The industry sector allows me to deepen my knowledge and experience according to my mid- and long-term objectives in several ways.

Process Manager (PPM, Organization, Agile & Lean)

The first step of a new entity was to organize the Resource Capacity Management and Vincent was chosen to help them design their own processes and communication flows. Vincent and the entity members collaborated to organize their way of working but also their interactions with the other actors and entities. As a second objective, Vincent coached the end users on the configuration and use of Clarity V12.1. This mission was very interesting because it enabled Vincent to put in practice the theoretical knowledge gained from his MoP Certification and to dig deeper in the knowledge base constructed during his former assignment as a Resource Capacity Manager / Coach.

Vincent was a process manager and coach. He had to coach end users of a new process and tool and help them by adapting their own processes when needed. During this mission, Vincent had to : - develop coaching/training skills and Clarity knowledge - coach users (Entity Managers, Resources Managers and Project Managers) on the use of Clarity V12.1: • How to keep track of financial records, Resources allocations and workload, etc. • How to optimally configure Clarity screens & tabs to display the needed and useful information - Fight resistance to change and assess/develop improvement possibilities - Organize the way of working of various entities depending on their particularities and specific needs - Guide all types of users through the complete general process cycle - Self organize his work while managing knowledge sharing and people knowledge development - Develop a new “Train the Trainers” approach and ensure that the knowledge retention level will be high enough in order for new coaches to be able to cover their mission - develop PPI skills and knowledge and master concepts linked to BPM (Business Process Management)
