CAE is a worldwide leader in training for the civil aviation, defence and security, and healthcare markets. Reporting to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, I lead the Customer Experience group, including Product Strategy, Product Design and Product Analytics, in the CAE Digital Accelerator, CAE's digital transformation main initiative, whose mission is to deliver the best customer experiences to pilots, airlines and training centers. I participate in the CAE digital transformation by creating a strong customer-centric, data-driven, agile and inspiring work environment. Our portfolio includes digital products relying heavily on data and AI, and focuses on digital and remote learning solutions, B2B automation and B2C community-driven apps both for Aviation and Healthcare industries.

Leading the setup and implementation of new IoT Initiatives. Focus on industrial equipment monitoring and smart building. Built the team and managed all product aspects.

Participating in the launch of Unreal Enterprise, an Epic's effort to deploy the Unreal Engine and their 3D technologies beyond the video game industries. Focused on the automotive and architecture markets to integrate 3D and AR/VR experiences into web applications.

Key Products & Projects . AMS-02 Designed, implemented and deployed hardware and software to test a sensor dedicated to the International Space Station in front of the LHC particle beam. (European Organization for Nuclear Research - CERN). Managed the installations, test campaigns, physicists trainings.
