BNP Paribas CIB - Global Program Management Implementation of a new central Inventory Management Tool with accounting interface (Program budget ~1.5M€) for French and Irish subsidiaries. Coordination of the Project team based in Europe (Dublin / Paris / Madrid / Bruxelles) and Mumbaï for main Streams (Build, Hosting, Reversibility): - Tracked and adapted estimated effort, budget and planning : Build managed under Agile methodology - Organized Project & Steering Committees : presentation support, minutes, risks identification, etc. - Involved in strategy studies : workshops as part of scope, testing and migration strategies - Monitored and reported to main stakeholders (13 teams) using BNP Paribas and CMMI deliverables - Led Reversibility phase with Mumbaï Support strategy and Target Operating Model definition - Medium-term strategy workshops leading based on coming Business needs - Technical follow-up : server deliveries, code audit with external provider, documentation follow-up, etc.

BNP Paribas CIB - “IT for Trade Finance” department, Front Office Systems IT Business Analyst & Project Manager on CTPR system (Connexis Trade Payables & Receivables, Invoice financing): I've been holding this position for the last 2 years, working on Trade Front Office Systems: Connexis Trade (mainly dedicated to letters of credits, bank guarantees, collections) CTPR (Invoice Financing), and their interfaces with worldwide Back Office systems. Since January 2012 I am also responsible for a team (4 full-time contractors positions) dedicated to maintenance projects and production support for the whole Front Office functional perimeter. The team activity also covers interface projects between BNPP corporate clients and Front Office Trade tools, which aim at developing automatic integration flows between clients' ERPs and BNP Paribas. Our activity implies daily contacts and coordination with worldwide sites (North America, Asia, Europe). Within this organization, I am directly responsible for the risks, resources and planning management.
