Connect your SaaS tools and database in minutes, explore data in natural language, build always-up-to-date dashboards, and trigger alerts or actions based on your business logic -- all without writing a single line of SQL. - Co-designed and built the V1 product in close collaboration with early users (beta testers), running continuous usability tests. - Defined and executed the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including SEO-driven acquisition and the launch of the commercial website. - Drove user research and GTM experiments to validate product-market fit. - Secured €300k in committed pre-seed funding. We decided to wind down the project due to unfavorable market conditions and insufficient GTM performance.

Simundia is a platform that connects employees with professional coaches for live video sessions, helping organizations scale personalized development at work. - Scaled the company from 0 to 40 employees and grew ARR from 0 to €2M. - Built the platform from the ground up, leading a team of 5 engineers and designers. - Co-led the go-to-market strategy and marketing efforts, ensuring strong alignment between product roadmap and commercial priorities. - Collaborated closely with operations to automate coaching delivery workflows, improving efficiency and scalability. - Build & oversaw technical architecture and product roadmap using a stack based on Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Clevercloud (PaaS).
