In my role as Process Chain Manager it is my responsibility to optimize our internal processes in order to support our client facing consultants effectively.

Key focus: - Process data analytics - Process improvement The purpose of my role is that our internal clients are optimally supported by all support departments as one. My years of experience as a trainer/ facilitator/ speaker and ability to see situations from new perspectives are valuable skils in performing this role. Achievements: Among other achievements, in my current role I have - developed and delivered various training programs, including presentation skills, process awareness and culture workshops for our Indian (Hyderabad) office. - created a priority assessment tool for process changes. Previously prioritizing changes was an arbitrary, often emotion driven process. I have de-emotionalized this process by applying risk and profitability levels and weighing them in a calculation tool, developed in Excel. - created process dashboards by translating raw data into comprehensible graphics. - created an invoice specification tool in Excel, saving the responsible managers a lot of time and money. - composed and implemented a product catalogue in our internal service tooling, facilitating optimal service for our internal customers.

In this position I am the first stop of our internal clients. These clients exist of chain managers and process owners who request for SAP system modifications and innovation. My task is to make the requirements clear, identify risks and adjacent processes. I do this mostly by communicating with the chain managers, process owners, key users, application managers and developers. My output is a written functional solution that is offered in answer to the initial request, that needs to be approved by all responsible stakeholders of the change.

As a part of the innovation program Deloitte launched a contest for the most innovative ideas with the most business perspective. I was one of the winners with my idea to use computer gaming as a tool to train and consult clients. With a small team we developed this idea to a business proposition.
