As an RF LNA Characterization Engineer, I coordinate team activities with a focus on LNA testing and characterization, including S-parameter measurements, noise figure analysis, intermodulation distortion, MIPI verification, and Matching & Optimization. I improve efficiency by developing automation tools using MATLAB, Python, and TIBCO Spotfire, streamlining processes and generating detailed reports. These efforts ensure accurate and timely insights into LNA performance, supporting design enhancements and maintaining product quality. Milestones: • Team Lead & Mentor: Mentored interns while leading an LNA characterization team of 4, with rotational support from 2 additional colleagues during peak workloads. • Collaboration tools: Successfully implemented JIRA and Confluence as collaborative tools, fostering improved communication and project management across teams. • Tool Development: Introduced and contributed to the development of a new measurement automation tool. • MIPI 3.0 Testing: Coordinated and implemented MIPI 3.0 testing procedures, developing and implementing supporting scripts to enhance test efficiency. Tools and Technologies: TIBCO Spotfire (report visualization and report gen tool), Matlab, Python 3, Advanced Design System (ADS) [Basic], SCPI (Visa), MIPI (2.1 & 3.0), Soldering SMD component. LNA Product Frequency Applications: WiFi, IoT, 2G, 3G, LTE, 4G, 5G (upto 20GHz), & GNSS.
