As Program Manager I coordinated all aspects of the project: - IT implementation, - recruitment of cc 200 FTEs for both Hungary and Czech - managing the facility setups - creating and implementing operational processes for both warehouses, - contract negotiating with subcongtractors, - coordinating the Steerco decision making forum with Philips - manaing the stock migration itself, from 15 countries to Hungary and from 8 countries to Czech.
