Expanded upon on-call support for auto pilot efficacy, leader several SREs and incidents, escalations at billion scale for infrastructure supporting 70% of the internet. Scaled OpenDNS ecosystem for SASE to SaaS and microservices , achieving 99.9999+ SLIs at scale, through geo distributed teams and drove several strategic and critical customer beta and onboarding programs.

Worked for Linux technology centre, Linux Integration center and TJ Watson Research Labs for Research Cloud Compute 2.0 (Early IBM Public Cloud). Developed virtualized IPv6 support for AIX 5.x OS, TC buffers and packet core, developer Open Client (web OS).
