Develop of Qlik Sense Dashboard for INT-C Markets The goal of this project is to: • Work with affiliates to capture and harmonize requirements. • Suggest impactful KPI’s to the affiliates. • Develop efficient dashboard for sales reps who can track their activity and sales at territory level. • Run successful UAT with sales reps by training them on the BI tool and help them in understanding the metrics

Brand Launch Reporting The goal of the project was to develop a Qlik Sense Dashboard to track metrics for a new brand that was launching in the US market. • Analyzed the market and target audience. • Met with the report users to capture requirements. • Developed a Qlik Sense Dashboard and a weekly N Printed Scorecard which is shared with more than 100+ users including senior leadership. • Some Key Metrics that are heavily tracked by senior leadership. • Current 4 weeks growth compared with previous 4 weeks at various granularity. • Weekly and Monthly Market Share • Monthly Sales to see if it matches the target numbers. Migration of dashboards from Spotfire to Qlik Sense • The goal of this project was to first migrate the data warehouse from Oracle to Redshift and then move the old reports developed on Spotfire to Qlik Sense which is a far better option in performance and for self-serve purpose. • Developed views using SQL in redshift • Migrated 30 reports from Spotfire to Qlik Develop Qlik Dashboard for EU Countries • This goal of this dashboard was to track the national and ex-factory sales to track the Net Oversupply. This metrics help the senior leadership to see how countries are managing their inventory. • They take strategic decisions on how much supply they need to provide to each country so that the countries do not parallelly import from other countries to meet their demand. Forecast Sales for a Specific Market using Qlik Sense • This goal of this project was to develop a Qlik Sense dashboard to forecast sales for the coming 3,6,12 and 24 months using linear and exponential smoothing.

Data Modeling and BI Dashboard Development This goal of this project was to capture the requirements from the stakeholders and then develop a redshift data warehouse using the start schema and then further developing a Qlik Sense Dashboard • The key outcome of this project was that the senior leadership was able to see country level brand sales and then plan of to capture newer markets and planning the Market Access approach.
