Working as a Consultant for up-gradation project in APPLE. KRAs include.  Detailed GAP analysis and finalisation of the BRD through direct interaction with the client and third parties.  Analysis of the current business process and ERP system for streamlining and successful deployment of the new requirements.  Designing the business process flow and configuring the same in the system.  Performing Testing with different business scenarios before UAT.  Performing cutover activities for successful implementation.  Proving End-user trainings and process documentation to the concerned persons.  Providing support during the warranty period.

Provide L2 level of support to the company on SAP FICO related activities. Also part of the team responsible for SAP EHP 6.0 Implementaion in Microsoft.  Responsibilities include requirements gathering, analysis, designing and configuration, testing and implementation and support & maintenance.  Incident management and solving them within the deadlines set in the SLAs.  Performing User Acceptance Testing before any changes in configuration is made.  Providing training and demos to various clients and new joiners both on the existing product as well as upcoming products and newer versions.  Providing functional inputs to the Problem management team so as to prevent the problem from occurring and to prevent its impact on the business.
