Managing of a project leader team of 4 persons. Two were based at SFERIC company near Blois, 41, a machining and finishing plant in orthopaedic field. The two other were located at ATS company in Alès, 30, an investment casting factory. Leading the Project and Industrialization processes in both companies, I was in charge of the related figures and participate to the managing review of them. My role was to ameliorate coordination between the different project leaders on both companies.

SFERIC is a grinding and machining of hard material company. (Mainly orthopedic prothesis). My rule was to manage the complete integration of new products from the first quotation to the industrialization phase inhouse of the products.
