Introduction
Your users ignore half your features. Your team's debated mocks for weeks. Your roadmap's stuck. That's where I come in. 15+ years turning that into growth, at Heetch, PayFit, Combo, Vibe. Find the 20% of flows driving 80% of value, prototype, test, iterate. Fast. No process for process's sake. Design that serves the product. I build foundations that last: systems, logic, docs. At Combo, I built a 4-person team and a system that outlived me. Ships fast, thinks strategy. Let's talk.

My work center on streamlining the campaign creation process, enhancing data visualization for real-time analytics, and maintaining a cohesive design system to accelerate development cycles.

I built and led the design team from the ground up, growing it from 1 to 4 designers. I defined and drove the design strategy and vision across the company, while also contributing hands-on as the lead designer for the Mobile Squad. I initiated the creation of our Design System to bring consistency and scalability to our product experience.

I designed for both the B2B (drivers) and B2C (passengers) sides of the product. Using double diamond approach, I led user research and interviews to uncover insights and crafted impactful design solutions. I also contributed to the redesign of the mobile app, helping improve the overall user experience across key touchpoints.
