At Ascentis I help companies redesign their digital operations with a calm, structured methodology. I start by listening to how teams work, spotting the points where things slow down, then shaping systems that make everyday operations lighter. Projects often mix strategy, workflow design and product thinking, sometimes through custom tools we build on Next.js, sometimes through simple Notion workspaces, automations or connected SaaS. I also support helicopter operators and part-sourcing teams with compliance and regulatory needs, bringing clarity to processes that often feel opaque. Whatever the mission, the aim is to create clean, scalable workflows that give people the right tools to work with ease and accuracy.

Worked on consulting missions for airlines and IATA-related projects, focusing on strategy, operational processes, and sales systems for fuel efficiency program. Supported teams on workflow optimisation, data analysis, and regulatory alignment. I also design tools and automations, contribute to fuel efficiency reporting for airlines, and handeled consultant talent acquisition.
