Kosmo is a platform to help businesses optimize and automate their deliveries, leveraging on powerful routing, batching and assignment algorithms. I joined Kosmo as the first co-founder engineer, deploying in production the first line of code to processing over 100k deliveries a month. We worked with high independence, owning projects and feature from product iterations to frontend/backend implementation. My scope evolved in owning the platform and API, leading a team of 2 developers. YC (S19) backed startup. Lantern provides an anomaly detection service for user behavior across various applications. We developed a technology based on behavior analytics to identify unusual activity periods through seasonal confidence interval calculations, generating alert reports including impacted users, segmentation, and diagnostics. Full-stack JavaScript web development mission for the web agency Clint. I worked in a team (agile) on the website of the real estate agency Allowa. In a few words, this was a private airbnb copycat. Ponee (www.ponee.eu) is an electronic registered mail solution. The market is regulated by European regulations (eIdas) and is based on the concepts of electronic signature and identity verification. Unfortunately, due to Covid, new applications have been suspended (for 3 years) and without a suitable pivot, we closed. As the founder and CTO, my responsibilities ranged from managing fundraising to ensuring our platform's compliance with the eIdas regulation, under the supervision of ANSSI, while maintaining continuous communication with platform users (> 3000 users for ~5000 mails sent). The service is available either through a web application or API integration (~15 clients).
