– Helped build a project management app using XP methodology, improving team speed and organization. – Built Spring Boot backend services with business rules and data checks, and developed Angular pages connected to REST APIs. – Also wrote and ran JUnit unit tests to validate backend features.

– Built a web app to manage financial guarantees online, reducing manual work and mistakes. – Also added secure role-based access using Spring Security and JWT. – Created Angular dashboards to show guarantee status and key numbers in real time, making follow-up easier. – Connected the Angular app to a Spring Boot API and stored data in MongoDB, ensuring reliable data storage.

– I monitored TikTok live streams in real time. I made sure creators followed the rules, kept users safe, and reported serious violations when needed.

– Built a web app to manage equipment and assets during the internship, helping the company use equipment better and reduce new purchases. – Created simple screens to track each asset, showing live status and location. – Added a maintenance schedule to plan repairs early and keep equipment working longer. – Connected the Angular front end to a Node.js back end using REST APIs, with PostgreSQL for data storage.

– Built a web app to manage compliance files using simple forms, so users can enter data from real-life files into the system. – Added search and filters to find records fast by type, date, category, or keywords. – Added version tracking to keep the history of changes. – Built responsive pages to add, view, and manage records easily.

– Implementation of a Machine Learning Model to Improve Collection Performance and Prevent Postpaid Churn. I built a model to predict which customers might leave and used the results to support better collection decisions. I trained and tested the churn prediction model in Python. I also automated data cleaning and preparation to save about 60% of the time. Finally, I shared clear results and recommendations with managers, which helped the team take new actions to keep customers.

– Assisted the Help Desk team by resolving basic user IT issues, including PC setup/formatting, software installation, and connectivity troubleshooting.
