Continuing to support Syensqo as an independent Change Management Consultant following my previous engagement through Accenture. - Microsoft Transformation Program Continue supporting the Change Management stream of the Microsoft Transformation Program. Drive change activities across impacted stakeholders, with a focus on readiness, engagement and adoption. Assess business and user impacts associated with technology, process and ways-of-working changes. Develop and coordinate communication, training and adoption activities tailored to different stakeholder groups. Partner with IT and business teams to facilitate the transition to new tools, processes and ways of working. Support stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption throughout the transformation. International environment: Approximately 80% of professional activities conducted in English.

Change Management Consultant supporting Syensqo on major IT transformation programs in an international environment. - IT Separation Program – Solvay / Syensqo Supported the Change Management stream of the IT separation following the creation of Syensqo as an independent company. Supported impacted IT teams and stakeholders throughout the separation and transition. Conducted change impact and readiness activities. Developed and coordinated communication, stakeholder engagement and training activities. Supported users and teams in transitioning to new processes, tools and ways of working. Worked closely with IT and business stakeholders in a complex international transformation
