As part of our integration into the company, I followed a eight-week operational training program with the design of a report detailing each activity of the company ( 2 weeks in each department). •Determined the performance and constraints of the production chain in order to improve productivity. •Checked whether the equipment present will be able to ensure the planned production (2.4 millions tonnes) •Developed all daily and monthly reports on mining exploitation and production activity. •Established the shooting plan and supervised 20 employee during the shooting.

Report: "Proposal of a system of tracking profitability and productivity of an open-air career, Jaubert career case" Achievements/Tasks : As part of improving profitability and productivity, I designed a management tool to track and analyze costs and production rates because i noticed the lack of an adequate information system. To do this, I followed the process of production of the quarry of Jaubert more closely, collected the necessary data, calculated the cost of the products by the method of full costs and variable costs, and determined the productivity of each process. These steps were very useful when designing the tool. The results achieved by the tool will enable the quarry to work on them to improve productivity and profitability.
