Product manager for a data plateform within Sales domain: Integration of Salesforce data and financial data from multiple non SAP subsidiaries

The project aims to develop an automatic forecasting of revenues and expenses for the Group’s entities using financial data and AI modules

Role : Business Analyst / Product Owner Project: I worked on project called SGE (for Management of IT Exchanges) which aims to automate business workflows and apply regulations. I worked with agile methodology and was part of a product owner team that worked simultaneously on translating business needs into IT features and on IT architecture to put in place an SOA approach. Roles and Responsibilities: • Gathering new requirement from business stakeholders • Workshop animation and decision taking • Defining the new MMFs (minimum features) to implement • Slicing these MMF into user stories and writing explicit specifications • Writing and running acceptance criteria’s for the testing phase • Writing automated tests using Fitness and Selenium • Support to users through users guides and presentations

Role : Business Analyst intern Project: Amadeus is the world leader of travel solutions. It includes airplane tickets, ferries, hotels, cars, trains. As an intern, I was charged of studying a model for generic interface that would price a package of main and derivative products (airplane ticket + exta luggage + hotel + car for instance). Roles and Responsibilities: • Planned and conducted interviews with stakeholders in order to define a product for generic pricing • Conducted a feasibility study and created the data model • Designed a new tool that allows an automatic creation of products user guides
