– Support affiliates to execute their API program, push recommendations to be conform to the TMF standards. – Transversal role: define general capitalization architecture of integration between FE and BE. – Define reference modeling for all UC. – Adapt the reference modeling to each affiliate IS context.

– High level Scope: – Provide consulting services and technical expertise to Orange branches in IN/VAS/JAINSLEE OSG – IT/Billing and Data Charging and Policy Control domains – Provide remote / on-site support (on demand) during the project lifecycle (SW upgrade, technology swap, new platform integration, new services implementation) – Cooperate with ZTE and Ericsson BSS Technology Skill Center Leaders at Orange Group – Cooperate with ZTE and Metaswitch OSG Technology Skill Center Leader at Orange Group – Take part in OCS/PCRF, JAINSLEE OSG and VoLTE RFPs for Orange branches in MEA – Detailed contributions: – Project plan and project scope (HLD, LLD, SRS) validation as per business, functional and technical requirements – Act as a Business Analyst leading workshop sessions – Provide technical recommendations to Orange branches to secure successful project implementation – Act as Delivery Architect – Identify project risks and develop contingency plans – Follow-up on NEs integration and business configuration – User Acceptance / End-to-End Test Books review and validation – Ensure on-site missions for UAT/E2E tests execution and provide support on issues resolution – Migration strategy and cutover timeline consolidation and validation – Ensure successful handover to Operational Skill Centers at Orange Group – Design end-to-end architecture for conversational services IN (Intelligent Network) technology and Open Services Gateway (OSG)
