For the client RENAULT GROUP : Maintenance and administration of Renault's Self managed applications like Gitlab, Sonar, gitlabrunner... Migrate some applications from AWS to GCP. Architect, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines on Gitlab. writing infrastructure as code, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across our cloud-based systems(AWS and GCP). Performance tests on Gitlab using GPT: - Write GitlabCI to : inject test data, cleanup test data, run perf tests. - write technical docs. - add specific runner for perf tests (using ansible and terraform) - Analyse logs on ElasticSearch to calculate real load on our PRODUCTION. Migrate Data from EFS (15 Tera Bytes) to S3 Object Storage(a gitlab recommandation) : - Read Gitlab Open Source code, and, develop multi-threaded Ruby script to move Data (many Tera) quickly. - Automate rails script using GitlabCI. Add Smoke tests(using python) for our Self managed Gitlab by adding : - Automatic project creation, automatic CI run and creation of artifact of 1GB. - Automatic creation and push of LFS Objects. Create scripts with multi-threading programming to scan more than 80 TB of artifacts for integrity check. Migrate terraform code from version 0.11 to 0.15. Resolve critical issues on PRODUCTION (EXP : cannot build java projects anymore, HTTP 500 Errors...) Keywords : AWS, GCP Terraform, Ansible, python, Jinja2, Ruby, git, Gitlab, GitlabCI, docker, OpenDistro for ElasticSearch.

My mission is about bringing to life a new SAAS product to the market(Restaurants) using AWS and devops practices. As DEV : make the application cloud ready : - Install locally the development environment. - Change API routing SecurityConfig.java to be generic, so it can run using AWS ALB. - run the application using environment variables, so no need to recompile for each environment (Integration, UAT, PROD ...). - Roll and store logs in S3 (https://github.com/link-nv/logback-s3-rolling-policy). - Add a logback configuration to notify at realtime dev team by email when an error occur in production. - Report technical bugs and ask the dev team some new features to make logging/monitoring easy and better. - Configure and install SpringBootAdmin for monitoring. As OPS : - Architecture Administer the company's AWS Account (IAM, roles and policies). Set up VPC, subnets, EC2 instances in HA, RDS, S3 EFS, in AWS cloud for Paris region. Implement and test High availilbility and scalability (working on 3 AZs) - Security : Carry out Security best practices, AWS WAF, VPN, trafic monitoring using ElasticSearch, use SSL restricted confguration for HTTPS, use restricted SecurityGroup... - Monitoring : Create Kibana Charts for VPC flow logs, Cloudtrail logs and WAF logs analysis using ElasticSearch Service. - Cost : monitor the billing, Lambda to stop/start EC2 instances daily to save cost... - Sharing : Draw.io and Kazam (video recorder) - Automation : CI / CD pipelines using jenkins. - Backup : packages versions, dumps, logs .. in S3 As Trainer / Manager : - Build a team of 4 persons and ensure that they are well trained to be autonous for maintaining and progressing the whole system built on AWS. - Work in collaboration with DEV Team, QA Team, Product Owner and managers. - Reporting to chief executive.
